Location: Marion, MA 


Director of Culinary Services Full Time 40 hours
Must have a CDM or CFM

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervises food preparation and service and maintains standards of operation;
Oversees maintenance of records: meal selection, menus, diet census, diets served and weekly staffing;.  
• Responsible for providing and supervising high quality food service to patients as well as evaluating departmental goals and objectives to assure compliance with appropriate regulations.

Prerequisites:
• High School degree and graduate of state approved course that provides 90 hours or more classroom instructions in Food Service Management, Nutrition and Sanitation or any Bachelor's degree with 90 hours of state approved courses or an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts.
Minimum of three to five year as a cook;

One to three year supervisory experience in food service in a health care setting.
