PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Primary point of contact for all PT, OT and SLP outpatients to ensure a smooth transition into our services.
- Pleasant, assertive approach to visitors, employees and phone guests, utilizing good judgement in each encounter
- Maintaining an efficient and productive working environment
- Administrative support requiring independent decision-making
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and time management
- Customer Service experience
