PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Tuesday and Wednesday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sunday 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Holiday and Vacation coverage
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Operate telephone system, route calls, convey messages and provide information to callers as appropriate and as authorized
- Maintain neat and organized workstations, inventory control of office supplies
- Greet and direct visitors, update Excel visitor log
- Complies with all hospital safety and health regulations including emergency management procedure and annual safety re-orientation
- Treats patients, their families, visitors and other staff members with respect, courtesy and compassion
- Provide Holiday and Vacation coverage for receptionist staff on an as needed basis, assuring seven day per week coverage
- Ability to communicate in an efficient and pleasant manner
- Must be able to maintain composure under extremely busy circumstances
- Basic computer skills
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
