PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Operate cash register, make change and accurately reconcile daily receipts.
Responsible for setting up and breaking down of all food areas.
Maintain cafeteria seating and serving areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
Follow sanitation guidelines as authorized by the DPH and Infection Control Policies and Procedures.
Inform supervisor as to supply needs.
PREREQUISITES:
Ability to read and comprehend recipes and menus.
Possess basic math skills and an ability to work with basic calculations and money.
Must possess visual acuity for cleanliness.
