• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
• Ability to calculate simple math

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Review active medical records.
- Data entry of appropriate diagnostic codes
- Respond to patient information inquires
- Prepare correspondence
- Assist physicians with record completion
- Notify medical records direct of any delinquent medical records
