RN Unit Manager Nemasket Healthcare

Primary Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Director of Nursing & Clinical Services responsibility and accountability for nursing care on the patient care units.
• Oversees patient care management and ensures that professional nursing is practiced in accordance with the established standards, policies and procedures of the Nursing Department.
• Is responsible for development and management of personnel, supplies, equipment and for maintenance of a safe environment.

Prerequisites:

• Current RN Massachusetts Licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• 3­-5 years experience in geriatric care.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
