Full time, 40 hours, Monday through Friday
Qualifications/Prerequisites
Experienced receptionist with exceptional attention to detail, while multi-tasking.
Ability to communicate in an efficient and pleasant manner, while maintaining composure under busy circumstances.
Proficient computer skills required. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and scheduling software.
Knowledge of growth and development across the life span.
Essential functions Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors while maintaining an orderly and positive reception area
Operate telephone system, route calls, convey messages and provide information to callers as appropriate and as authorized.
Organize and assign duties and tasks to reception team members as appropriate. Assist with providing coverage for receptionist staff on an as needed basis, assuring seven day per week and holiday coverage.
Assist with department meetings and training of personnel for new process or procedural changes as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Administration Executive Assistant, inclusive of assisting with the Admissions and Outpatient department. Utilizes our electronic medical record and scheduling system.
