RN - Weekend Supervisor
20 Bed Transitional Care Unit housed within our Rehabilitation Hospital
Saturday and Sunday, Flexible hours (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm) - hours may need to flex depending on weekend admissions and census.
$40-$45/hour plus differentials ($4 - $7)
We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor RN to oversee and lead our Transitional Care Unit housed within our beautiful Rehabilitation Hospital on Ward Hill in Haverhill Ma. The qualified candidate will possess strong leadership skills as well as strong clinical skills. You will oversee and assist the clinical staff on Saturday and Sundays which will included, but not limited to: assisting with Admissions, assisting with any clinical emergency that my arise, being the point person for staff to come to with questions, being the liaison for the hospital units if needed, assisting with any family members who have questions, communicating with the Director of Nursing if emergent and appropriate.

Prerequisites:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing
- Current and active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support in accordance with AHS or ARC standards Minimum of three (3) years recent clinical experience preferably in Gerontological or Rehabilitative Nursing.
- Willingness to lead and mentor clinical staff with a team based skill set
